Fraser Mills is a 96-acre master-planned waterfront community by Beedie Living along the Fraser River in South Coquitlam. Planned as the city’s first waterfront neighbourhood, the community will include approximately 5,500 homes across high-rise condominiums, low-rise residences and townhomes. Designed as a complete place to live, work and explore, Fraser Mills will bring together shops, restaurants, public plazas, parks, green spaces and community amenities. Planned features include playgrounds, sports courts, a water park and a 50,000-square-foot aquatic and community centre. Waterfront paths and greenway trails will connect residents and visitors with the river and surrounding trail networks, while pedestrian, cycling, vehicle and bus connections will support movement throughout the neighbourhood and beyond. As it develops, Fraser Mills is intended to become a major new residential and community destination in Coquitlam.
