THE CITY OF LOUGHEED

The City of Lougheed is a 37-acre master-planned community by SHAPE in Burnaby, located where the Expo, Millennium and Evergreen SkyTrain lines connect. Designed as a new regional centre, the community will bring together more than 20 residential towers, 1.3 million square feet of commercial space, new shops and restaurants, and over five acres of parks and urban trails. Neighbourhood ONE is now complete with approximately 1,500 homes, more than 22,000 square feet of resident amenities and a growing retail destination anchored by PriceSmart Foods. The community currently offers over 90 shops, restaurants and services, including The Eateries dining area. Residential options include move-in-ready homes in Tower THREE and professionally managed rental homes in Tower FOUR.
