Jericho by Essence Properties is a master-planned, mixed-use community located near 200th Street and 80th Avenue in Langley Township's Willoughby neighbourhood. Future development includes Jericho Square, Phase 2, planned as a collection of low-rise homes surrounding an intimate courtyard, and Jericho District, Phase 3, envisioned to introduce three residential towers to the growing neighbourhood.
