THIND BRENTWOOD - LUMINA (ECLIPSE)

Eclipse Brentwood, part of the Lumina Brentwood master-planned community, is a completed 34-storey condo tower located at 2381 Beta Avenue in Burnaby’s Brentwood area. The project includes 329 move-in-ready homes, ranging from 1- to 3-bedroom layouts and approximately 478 to 1,533 sq. ft., with modern interiors, 9’ ceilings, city and mountain views, and access to Brentwood’s shops, dining, transit, and everyday essentials. Originally connected to THIND’s Lumina Brentwood development, the project faced major financial and legal issues when THIND ran into serious debt, leading lender KingSett Capital to step in through creditor protection proceedings. Despite the uncertainty around the developer’s financial troubles, Eclipse represents the final chapter of the Lumina masterplan and is now positioned as a completed Brentwood tower offering contemporary urban living in one of Burnaby’s most connected neighbourhoods.
