Ardea by Wesgroup was planned as an upscale waterfront collection of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom condos and townhomes in Vancouver’s River District, located near Riverwalk Avenue and Kinross Street. With River District continuing to grow as one of Vancouver’s most notable waterfront neighbourhoods, Ardea was originally marketed as a sophisticated opportunity to live close to the river, parks, shops, and everyday essentials, all within a complete master-planned community by Wesgroup. The broader River District is described by Wesgroup as Vancouver’s last waterfront neighbourhood and continues to be an active master-planned community.
